Sophie Guiny
Market Research/ Analyst
Ms. Guiny's recent assignments include performing
financial modeling for a power project in the Caribbean, developing
a commercial study for a molybdenum mine in Australia and providing
market, economic and financial research support for a refinery project
in the United States. Other projects include a multimodal transportation
project in Central America and petrochemical projects in the Middle
East and the Caribbean. She was also involved in writing a study
for the Asia Pacific Economic Forum (APEC) entitled "Potential
for Growth of Natural Gas as a Clean Energy Source in APEC Developing
Economies."
Ms. Guiny also assists in the preparation and coordination of international
bids to multilateral organizations and private and public sector
clients.
Prior to joining Taylor-DeJongh, Ms. Guiny worked for the International
Association of Development Funds and the European Commission.
Ms. Guiny has an M.A. in International Studies
(specialization in International Economic Affairs) from The George
Washington University, and an M.A. in European Union Studies from
Sciences Po Paris. She is fluent in French, Dutch and Spanish and
proficient in German. Washington

Yi-Chun (Lydia) Liu
Market Research/ Analyst
Lydia Lius responsibilities include performing
market research, assisting in the preparation and coordination of
international bids and proposals to multilateral organizations and
private and public sector clients, and assisting with the development
of the marketing campaigns. She supports all corporate communications,
including the preparation for press materials and the corporate
newsletter, and conference management.
Ms. Liu has an M.A. in International Trade &
Investment Policy (Concentrations in International Marketing and
International Banking & Financing) from The George Washington
University and a B.A. in Cooperative Economics from The National
Taipei University. She is fluent in Mandarin. Washington

Wendy Musco
Manager, Administration and
Communications
Wendy Musco provides daily management support to Taylor-DeJongh,
especially the administration, marketing and business development
divisions of the firm. Ms. Musco also manages information technology
for TDJ, including daily trouble shooting, network maintenance,
management of outsourced technical support and database management.
She participates in all facets of marketing and corporate communications,
including web site development, advertising, all press materials,
the newsletter publication and conference management. She previously
worked as the sales and marketing manager for a writing and editing
company in Washington D.C.
Ms. Musco has an M.B.A. in International Business
Finance and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from The George Washington
University. Washington D.C.


Virginia Allies
Office Manager
Virginia Allies manages the administration of the
London office and also supports the marketing and business development
departments of both London and Washington, D.C.
Ms. Allies previously worked in the accounts department
of a large publishing company before moving to a leading Middle
East business magazine, MEED. There, she provided support
to the sales, editorial and marketing teams and also assisted in
production (both print and online) and conferences, helping with
the logistical aspects prior to each event. London


Nicole Weygandt
Research Analyst
Ms. Weygandt is responsible for performing market
research, and assists with the identification and preparation of
bids and proposals to public and private sector clients. She is
currently engaged in a study of African infrastructure projects,
and has prepared several presentations on current topics in the
oil & gas industry, with an emphasis on Africa and the Middle
East.
Prior to joining Taylor-DeJongh, Ms. Weygandt worked for the Overseas
Private Investment Corporation, where she conducted country/market
research and risk analysis covering Latin America, Eastern Europe,
and Africa for the Office of the Chief Economist. She has also worked
for the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of State
in Germany, Austria, and Russia.
Ms. Weygandt holds an M.S. in International Business-Government
Relations from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Political Science
and Economics from the University of Chicago. She is fluent in German.
